Journey Limos Worldwide (“Journey,” “we,” “us”) provides luxury black car and chauffeured transportation in New York City and around the world. This policy explains what information we collect through journeylimos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. When you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can respond and arrange your service.
Text messages. If you text us, or agree to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and the messages we exchange.
Bookings. The “Book Now” links on this site take you to our online reservation system, which is run by a third-party provider at book.mylimobiz.com. Information you enter there, such as trip details and payment information, is collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. We receive the reservation details we need to provide your ride.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam; reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work and to keep the contact form secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
